A small machineshop in the middle of nowhere in Sweden, mostly concentrating on bicycle related prototyping.

Cannondale Lefty steerer tube for 1 1/8 frames.

Butted UD tube specialordered from http://www.carbonfibertubeshop.com
The aluminum rings is machined in a CNC lathe for superior accuracy.
The glue is Loctite Hysol 9466 A+B.
Special colors on request, I just done some unique combinations for customers around the world.

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Weighing in at 103 grams complete.
Longevity is superior against aluminum 7075, lighter too.
As you can see it´s a lot of tuning potential left, version 2 will come soon.

 

Experimental 42-27T for Shimano FC-M960.

Made in 7075-t6, 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Crankarms tuned and ceramic coated by Shawnee Trail Bikes LINK
Lightweight and eye catching design.
As you can see it´s a lot of life left in these M960 cranksets.

Experimental 42-26T for Hollowgram Si v2.0

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Weighing in at 93 grams complete.
Longevity is superior against aluminum 7075, lighter too.
As you can see it´s a lot of tuning potential left, version 3 will come soon.

Experimental SS kit for Shimano freehubs.

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Weighing in at 44 grams cog only.
Longevity is superior against aluminum 7075, A4 grade stainless steel hex head bolts.

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.

Water jet cut from 10mm 7075-T6 prior all machining.

Nearly finished, not shown is tapped inner holes.
All machining done manually.

Finished chainring for Cannondale Hollowgram Si/SL.
Requested boltcircle was 74/110 5 bolt pattern.

350mm long seatpost with shim in 27.2 in UD carbon, second prototype comes when I can break this seatpost.

 

Experimental 40-26T for Hollowgram Si v2.1

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Weighing in at 90 grams complete.
26T is in aluminum 7075-T6.
In this version with steel bolts, aluminum bolts take the weight down to approx 78 grams.

Made in my shop with 4 layers of Carbon Fiber,the top layer is Pennon Composite Carbon/Kevlar.

 

Experimental Prototype Heavy Duty 30.9x400 Post.

Made in my shop with chinese tubes specialordered from
a chinese factory with my own specifications.
Highlights like 80% UD carbon and 7075-T6 rod hollowed and strengthened with UD carbon fiber rod, full carbon cradle like Thomson for superior strength and friendly for rails.
Weight 135 grams, currently on World Cup rider Emil Lindgren´s Giant Rabobank Hardtail.

Experimental Prototype Chain Watcher for 34.9mm.

Completely custom made for a Merida rider, I do these with a very small adjustement range for every customers specifications.
Carbon cage and aluminum clamp with aluminum bolts throughout.

Experimental Prototype ISP for SCOTT frames.

Completely custom made for a swedish rider, I do these with custom length for every customers specifications.
Carbon tube and cradle, 7075-T6 aluminum/titanium hardware throughout.
A lot of tuning potential left.

Experimental Prototype XTR SM-RT97 160MM. V1.0

I got a unusual question from a World Cup rider: can you take my sponsored
discs and then make them lighter?
Instead to make everything new, I did remove the steel disc and made one in 1.7mm titanium, the weight is now around 90 grams with STEEL screws! the performance will be on par with standard discs and lighter weight .

Experimental Prototype 10S upgrade V1.0

There´s a big vacancy in the market for afordable and user customizable 10S
upgrades in better materials than steel, here it is!, titanium cogs for low weight and superior wear resistance over aluminum cogs.
Take any road 10s cassette and remove one cog, then take that behind the cassette.
Example shown is a 10S SRAM PG1090 in steel, totalling 200 grams, pretty competitive weight.

All aluminum 36-26 version for Cannondale Hollowgram Si and SL cranksets.
Light, stiff and cheap, pick three of three.
So successful I´m using it for meself.
