XX1-variants

Experimental XX1-Spiders for cranks.

XX1 spiders for Middleburn (all versions), Lightning and Specialized S-Works (all versions) and for Cannondale Hollowgram Si, SiSL, SiSL2.

Weight from 19 to 21 grams. Nearest competitor is 26 grams and only black or clear anodized, I offer any finish you want.

Carbon versions is under testing, will cut down the weight a lot.

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.

Experimental 42-27T for Cannondale Hollowgram.

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Weighing in at 103 grams complete.
Longevity is superior against aluminum 7075, lighter too.
As you can see it´s a lot of tuning potential left, version 2 will come soon.

Made in 7075-t6, 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Crankarms tuned and ceramic coated by Shawnee Trail Bikes LINK
Lightweight and eye catching design.
As you can see it´s a lot of life left in these M960 cranksets.

Experimental 42-26T for Hollowgram Si v2.0

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Weighing in at 93 grams complete.
Longevity is superior against aluminum 7075, lighter too.
As you can see it´s a lot of tuning potential left, version 3 will come soon.

Water jet cut from 10mm 7075-T6 prior all machining.

Nearly finished, not shown is tapped inner holes.
All machining done manually.

Finished chainring for Cannondale Hollowgram Si/SL.
Requested boltcircle was 74/110 5 bolt pattern.
Other styles upon request.

Experimental überlight pulleys in 7075-T6.

Experimental 40-26T for Hollowgram Si v2.1

Made in 6al-4v titanium (Grade 5), 2.0mm sheet cut in a abrasive water jet cutting machine.
Weighing in at 90 grams complete.
26T is in aluminum 7075-T6.
In this version with steel bolts, aluminum bolts take the weight down to approx 78 grams.

Experimental Prototype Chain Watcher for 34.9mm.

Completely custom made for a Merida rider, I do these with a very small adjustement range for every customers specifications.
Carbon cage and aluminum clamp with aluminum bolts throughout.

Experimental Prototype 10S upgrade V1.0

There´s a big vacancy in the market for afordable and user customizable 10S
upgrades in better materials than steel, here it is!, titanium cogs for low weight and superior wear resistance over aluminum cogs.
Take any road 10s cassette and remove one cog, then take that behind the cassette.
Example shown is a 10S SRAM PG1090 in steel, totalling 200 grams, pretty competitive weight.

Experimental Prototype SiSL 36-26

All aluminum 36-26 version for Cannondale Hollowgram Si and SL cranksets.
Light, stiff and cheap, pick three of three.
So successful I´m using it for meself.

Experimental Prototype Si and SL axle.

Trying in a new way to combine the best from carbon fiber and aluminum.
120mm length, version 1.0.
Will use it for my own bike.
